Please note that TNG tries to provide assistance to as many organizations as possible, but due to our regularly scheduled semester events, our calendar is limited. 

If your organization requests co-sponsorship, the following conditions will be considered:

• The date and time frame requested must not conflict with the TNG calendar, as in TNG does not already have a scheduled event or meeting and equipment and crew are available.
• Enough time is available between the event request date and the event date to prepare (preferably at least 3 weeks notice).
• The event is free and open to all students
• The value provided to the ERAU student body
• How often your organization requests TNG services (to ensure all organizations have an opportunity to receive assistance)
• The amount and size of the request, more appropriately the reasonableness of the request.

If you are interested in co-sponsoring an event with Touch-N-Go, stop by our office located in the Student Center room 107 and talk to us about your event!

To request co-sponsorship with Touch-N-Go Productions:

1)   Download the Co-Sponsorship Proposal form and fill it out. Please provide as much detail as possible.

2)   Email the completed form to Chair@touch-n-go.org with the Subject line as “Co-Sponsorship Proposal (Your Organization Name)” and in the body of the paragraph please write a short description of your request along with your contact information.

3)   Your proposal will go before the TNG Executive Board (Tuesday at 4:00pm) to be discussed and voted upon. You will receive an email notification regarding whether the vote passed by end of business Wednesday.

4)   If passed, you will be contacted by the TNG Chairperson to set up a meeting to further discuss co-sponsorship opportunities.

5)   The co-sponsorship then goes before the General Board on Thursday at 7pm IC 201 if a large number of TNG crew are required for the event (to make sure we have enough volunteers to run the event).

6)   Once everything is past approval status, your organization will fill out a Co-sponsorship Contract which is an agreement between TNG and your organization. This form can be found in the TNG office and is to be filled out with the Chairperson. Co-Sponsorship Contract Sample.

Equipment Rental

Touch-N-Go offers equipment rental to ERAU organizations and departments. Equipment rental is based on equipment and TNG crew availability (for stage setup and breakdown). 

To rent equipment contact the TNG Chairperson at Chair@touch-n-go.org with your name, the organization you represent, your position, contact information (phone and email), and a list of the equipment you would like to rent with date/time needed. The TNG Chairperson will get in contact with you within 48 hours to let you know if TNG equipment rental and crew are available for the date(s) of request. In this event you will receive a quote for the rental service. Please note a final invoice will be issued after a final inspection of all equipment. A equipment rental form will need to be filled out and can be picked up at the TNG Office located in the Student Center room 107 (across form the info desk).
